Dongtai Oceangoing Marine Fittings Co., Ltd is specialized in production of various ship shaft system, rudder system and piping (various valves, joints and accessories). Our company which is located in the famous area, the juncture of three cities i.e. Taizhou, Natong , Yancheng was founded in 1975, covers an area over 86666㎡ and 35600㎡ for manufacturing plants, has total assets of 188 million yuan. At present, our company has 620 employees, in which there are more than 50 senior technicians. It invested 50 million yuan in Dongtai economic development district and established its full invested subsidiary company---Jiangsu Oceangoing Marine Equipment Co., Ltd which has formally put into production in Jan. 2011. Our company’s current scale and throughput is the second in the same field of our country. And we have been among the top 10 in Dongtai “top 50” keystone enterprises in two consecutive years.
Our company completely concentrates on product quality, and has obtained qualification of “production license” awarded by State Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, GJB9001A-2001, ISO9001: 2008 Quality System Certification awarded by CNAS, and Factory Approval Certificate from various national classification societies such as CCS (China), LR (Britain), BV (France), GL (Germany), ABS (USA), DNV (Norway), RINA (Italy), KR (Korea) and so on. Additionally, our company has the honor to get the award as “Quality Trustworthy Organization”, “Metrology Assurance Unit” at provincial or municipal level many times. In June 2004, our company got the Second Party Certification of Armament Department of the Navy; in 2007 it got the Armament Research and Production license awarded by National Defence Science and Industry Committee; in 2008 we got Navy Armament Quality System Approval again. On August 2009 we were appointed to be fittings manufacturer by PLA General Armament Department. In 2010, it became major cultivating enterprise among high growth small and medium-sized enterprises of Jiangsu province. "Oceangoing" ferrule joint won the Jiangsu famous-brand product title of the year 2010.
The products of our company are sold to various big shipyards in our country. We set up subordinate office in coastal cities of Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, Qingdao, Gourd Island, Chongqing, Tianjin, Dalian and Fujian with annual sales of 300 million yuan. We have our own quality control center and computer LAN and equipped with advanced inspection equipments including ferrule joint vibration test machines, Pulse HIP test machines, Vacuum Blasting test machines, Spectrometers, Metallographic analysis machines, magnetic partials and Ultrasonic Inspection instruments, etc. We own 250 sets of mechanical machining equipments including large processing centers.
